Set up

1. Connect the printer to the branch router so it can reach the internet.
2. Find its IP address: turn it off, hold Feed while turning it on, and read the status sheet.
3. On a phone or laptop on the same Wi-Fi, open http://<printer IP> and sign in. The password is on the printer's label.
4. Under TM-Intelligent → Server Direct Print, turn it on and paste the URL below as Server 1's URL. Interval 5 seconds, URL Encode on, Server Authentication off.
5. Optional: turn on Status Notification with the same URL, every 60 seconds.
6. Save. The printer prints PRINTER CONNECTED within seconds.

VAT REG TIN with branch code Header lines (MIN, serial number), one per line Footer lines (supplier, accreditation, permit) BIR registration done

Until registration is done, every invoice ends with “BIR REGISTRATION PENDING”.

Everyone signs in with their name and employee PIN (the one from Superb OS). Owners, managers and accountants can change invoice details.
